Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Courses, Enrolment & Payment

Enrolment

When you enroll in a course, you gain lifetime access to that course's current content, subject to these Terms. Webhi5 may update course content over time; updates are typically included at no extra charge.

Pricing

Course prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may change at any time; however, you will pay the price displayed at the time of your enrolment. Discounts and coupon codes are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Webhi5 does not store your full payment card details. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• 7-day refund window: If you are dissatisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course.
• No refund after 7 days or if more than 20% of the course has been accessed.
• Free courses: No refund applicable.
• Playpen School: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No partial-month refunds.

4. Certificates

Upon successful completion of a course and passing any required assessment, you will receive a Webhi5 Certificate of Completion bearing a unique verification code. Certificates:

• Are issued in your registered name — ensure it is accurate before enrolment.
• Can be verified at webhi5.com/verify.php.
• Remain valid indefinitely unless revoked for academic dishonesty.
• May be revoked if we discover the assessment was completed dishonestly.

Webhi5 certificates are recognition of course completion and are not equivalent to government-accredited academic qualifications unless explicitly stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or course access with others.
• Download, reproduce, or redistribute course content without written permission.
• Use our platform to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Circumvent any geographic or access restrictions.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Webhi5 platform — including course videos, notes, quizzes, assessments, and website design — is owned by Webhi5 or our instructors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view course content for your own educational purposes only. No other rights are granted.

7. Playpen School Programme

The Playpen School programme is designed for children aged 2–14. All registrations for minor participants must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who:

• Accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.
• Is responsible for ensuring the child's participation is appropriate.
• Acknowledges that physical activities (sports programmes) carry inherent risks.

Playpen School schedules, fees, and programmes are subject to change. We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes to enrolled families.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Webhi5 platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
• Course content will be accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.
• Completing a course will guarantee employment, certification, or any specific outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webhi5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Webhi5 in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amritsar, Punjab, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent website notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date.
